ARREST MADE FOR SHOOTING ON PINE NEEDLE CIRCLE
PORTSMOUTH, VA — Investigators have arrested 25-year-old Brittany M. Hines in connection to the Gunshot Wound Incident that occurred on June 30, 2022, at the 10th block of Pine Needle Circle. An adult male and female sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were treated at a local hospital. Hines is charged with Aggravated Malicious Wounding, Use or Display of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony, and Shooting in Commission of a Felony.
