DETECTIVES INVESTIGATE DEATH NEAR BRIGHTON

PORTSMOUTH, VA — On October 30, 2021, around 12:37 p.m., investigators responded to the area of Green Street and Brighton Street for a death investigation. The victim has been identified as 33-year-old Brandon Harris. Harris was recently reported missing and was last seen near the 1600 block of Effingham on October 21, 2021. His family has been notified.
