Detectives are searching for 23-year-old Shakira Leche Lee. She is considered a Person of Interest in the South Street Homicide that occurred in October 2021. Detectives are searching for Emanuella Holmes. She is considered a Person of Interest in the South Street Homicide that occurred in October 2021. PORTSMOUTH, VA — Investigators have acquired new images of the suspect vehicle. It appears to be a black Lincoln SUV from 2011–2014 and could be the MKC or MKX. The vehicle does appear to have Virginia tags and blue LED headlights (See photos bellow).

PORTSMOUTH, VA — On October 1, 2021, at approximately 10:57 p.m., officers responded to the 1700 block of South Street for a gunshot wound incident. A 16-year-old male was located with a fatal gunshot wound. A 17-year-old male was also located on scene with a critical gunshot wound and he was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Investigators have footage of a possible suspect vehicle. It appears to be a black Lincoln Navigator SUV. The vehicle had at least two suspects in the vehicle at the time of the incident.
