DETECTIVES INVESTIGATE SHOOTING ON ELM AVENUE

PORTSMOUTH, VA — On November 21, 2021, around 9:40 p.m., officers responded to the 2300 block of Elm Avenue for a gunshot wound incident. 19-year-old De’von Coleman was located with life-threatening injuries. He was transported to a local hospital and is currently in stable condition. Detectives are searching for a black van that might have been involved.
