PORTSMOUTH POLICE INVESTIGATE ATTEMPTED ROBBERY AT MCDONALDS

PORTSMOUTH, VA — On December 7, 2022, around 2:45 a.m., officers responded to the Mcdonald’s located at 2000 Victory Boulevard for a reported attempted robbery. An unknown suspect approached the drive-through window on foot and presented a firearm through the window. No injuries were reported, and no property was taken. The suspect appears to be a male, between 5'8 and 6' tall, wearing a multi-colored hooded sweatshirt, and has a black firearm.
