Investigators are now searching for 26-year-old Shawn J. Harmon, he is currently considered a Person of Interest in connection to the 1200 County Street Homicide. Investigators have located 32-year-old Deshawn Marque Wilkins. At this time, he is no longer considered a Person of Interest.

PORTSMOUTH, VA- On August 12, 2023, around 2:43 a.m., officers responded to a reported walk-in gunshot wound incident at an area hospital. Upon arrival officers located 31-year-old Keith Alexander Wright with fatal gunshot wound injuries. Next of kin has been notified. The crime scene was located near the 1200 block of County Street. Detectives are now searching for 32-year-old Deshawn Marque Wilkins. He is considered a person of interest at this time.
