PORTSMOUTH POLICE INVESTIGATE HOMICIDE ON LOXLEY ROAD

Investigators are searching for two unknown suspects connected to the Loxley Road Homicide. Detectives acquired surveillance footage that shows the two suspects at the crime scene wearing black hoodies and facemasks. They were also holding a catalytic converter. PORTSMOUTH, VA — On February 5, 2023, around 10:23 p.m., officers responded to the 20 block of Loxley Road for a report of a Gunshot Wound Incident. Upon arrival, officers located 62-year-old Terri Miller with a life-threatening injury. She was transported to a hospital for treatment. On February 7, 2023, her injuries proved fatal. Her Next of Kin has been notified of her death.
