Investigators are searching for 55-year-old Rolando Miller McCoy. He is considered a person of interest in connection to the 800 Nottingham Homicide that occurred in February 2020.

PORTSMOUTH, VA — Detectives with the Portsmouth Police Department Major Crimes Unit are continuing their investigation into the homicide of 35-year-old Andre Bethea.

On Sunday, February 16, 2020, Bethea was found deceased in his home in the 800 block of Nottingham Road. Andrea Bethea’s family is now offering a separate $1000 reward to anyone who can identify the suspect responsible and help detectives bring them to justice. The reward offered by the Bethea family is separate from the cash reward of up to $1000 that is already being offered through the Portsmouth Crime Line.
