PORTSMOUTH POLICE INVESTIGATE HOMICIDE ON PAUL REVERE DRIVE

Detectives have located Damontiona and she is no longer considered a Person of Interest as of 7/19/2022.

Detectives are looking for 25-year-old Damontiona Star Osborne. She is considered a Person of Interest in the Paul Revere Drive Homicide.

ORIGINAL RELEASE:

PORTSMOUTH, VA — On July 18, 2022, officers responded to a homicide at the 200 block of Paul Revere Drive at approximately 1:46 a.m. On scene, officers located 25-year-old Dalen O’Shay Spence with fatal gunshot wounds. Next of Kin has been notified. Detectives have acquired surveillance images of a suspect vehicle. It appears to be a black, 4-Door, 300 Chrysler. It is missing a front tag and has a sunroof.
