PORTSMOUTH POLICE INVESTIGATE HOMICIDE ON PORTSMOUTH BLVD

PORTSMOUTH, VA — On October 11, 2022, around 9:56 p.m., officers responded to a hospital for a report of a walk-in gunshot wound incident. Upon arrival officers located 40-year-old Calvin Coston with a life-threatening injury. He succumbed to his injury on October 12, 2022. Next of Kin has been notified. A crime scene was located near the intersection of Portsmouth Boulevard and Woodstock Street.
