Detectives are searching for Amber Marie Ishmael-Oldsfield. She is considered a Person of Interest in the 100 Shea Street Homicide. PORTSMOUTH, VA — On May 12, 2022, at approximately 9:32 p.m., officers responded to the 100 block of Shea Street for a reported gunshot wound incident. Upon arrival officers located 27-year-old Charles Lovell Mosley with a life-threatening gunshot wound. Medics began life-saving measures but his wound proved fatal. Next of kin has been notified.
