PORTSMOUTH POLICE INVESTIGATE HOMICIDE ON TWINE AVE

PORTSMOUTH, VA — On July 28, 2023, at approximately 12:01 a.m., officers responded to the 600 block of Twine Avenue for a reported gunshot wound incident. Upon arrival, officers located 37-year-old Victor Rashad Driver with a fatal injury. His next of kin has been notified of his death.
