Investigators have located 18-year-old Keyshawn Darrell Avery. They are now searching for a third person of interest: 19-year-old Dakari Donnell White. We urge those with information. Investigators have located 23-year-old Trevon Dionte Avery.

PORTSMOUTH, VA — On August 11, 2023, around 9:30 a.m., officers responded to the 200 block of Dale Drive for a reported gunshot wound incident. Upon arrival officers located a 19-year-old male with a life-threatening gunshot wound. He was transported to a hospital at the time for treatment. The victim is currently in stable condition. Investigators are now searching for 23-year-old Trevon Dionte Avery and 18-year-old Keyshawn Darrell Avery. They are both considered Persons of Interest at this time.
