PORTSMOUTH POLICE INVESTIGATE SHOOTING ON EFFINGHAM ST, SEARCH FOR PERSON OF INTEREST

PORTSMOUTH, VA — Detectives are searching for 20-year-old Bobby Petty Jr. He is considered a Person of Interest concerning a gunshot wound incident that occurred near the 2300 block of Effingham Street on March 31, 2022. He is also wanted for two unrelated charges, including Contempt of Court and Revocation of Suspended Sentence.
