Katrice McDougal has been safely located by police.

PORTSMOUTH, VA — Investigators are searching for 12-year-old Katrice McDougal. She was last seen at 3:15 p.m., near Afton Square. She is described as having a short Afro, possibly worn up with green shoestrings. She is 4'9 and about 100 lbs. She was last seen wearing a black and pink Nickelodeon jacket with a fur hood, dark jeans with paint splatter, white Nike DC’s, a redshirt that ties in the front with white letters, and a black book bag with yellow straps. She has a light to medium complexion and possibly a nose post.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact the Special Victims Unit at 757–393–8536.
