Investigators have safely located 53-year-old Tynette Eva Africa. Thank you to everyone who shared her information.

PORTSMOUTH, VA — Investigators are searching for 53-year-old Tynette Eva Africa. She is approximately 5'11" and about 170 pounds. She was last seen on May 22, 2023, around 8 a.m. near the 1600 block of Jefferson Street, wearing a red long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, black socks, and pink & white tie die shoes. We are attempting to check on her welfare; there is a medical concern for her wellbeing as she is without her medication.
