PORTSMOUTH POLICE SEARCH FOR REPORTED RUNAWAY JUVENILE

Tracy Johnston has been safely located.

PORTSMOUTH, VA — The Portsmouth Police Department is searching for 15-year-old Tracy Johnston. She is 5'1, and weighs about 120 lbs. She was last seen near the 3600 block of High Street on June 8, 2022, at approximately 8 p.m. She was last seen wearing black shorts and a grey shirt, as well as a leather necklace with a dream catcher on it. She was reported as a runaway.
