It appears that the same suspect attempted to rob a 7-Eleven near the 600 block of Frederick Boulevard on April 15, 2023, at approximately 5:56 p.m. No injuries were reported during the incident. Investigators have acquired new surveillance images of the unknown suspect. We urge those with information about this individual to contact the PPD Investigations Bureau at 757–393–8536. PORTSMOUTH, VA — On April 11, 2023, officers responded to a 7-Eleven near the 3500 block of Airline Boulevard for a reported armed robbery that occurred at 11:55 a.m. Investigators acquired surveillance images of an unknown suspect, who was armed with a handgun during the incident. The suspect appears to be a male in his early to mid-20s, with black hair and brown eyes, with a small twist hairstyle. The suspect fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

Investigators suspect this individual was also involved in a strong-armed robbery that occurred on April 13, 2023, around 1:41 a.m. near the 3900 block of Victory Boulevard. The suspect was seen at this location wearing a blue hoodie with white strings, black pants, black shoes, and a white t-shirt.
