PORTSMOUTH POLICE SEARCH FOR RUNAWAY JUVENILE

PORTSMOUTH, VA — Detectives are searching for 14-year-old Marqus T. Kennedy. He was reported as a runaway juvenile on February 9, 2023. He was last seen near the 20 block of Alden Avenue at approximately 10:30 a.m. that day. Kennedy is described as 4’11" and 120 lbs.
